Supernova Custom Drums builds models tailored to customers’ requirements, with many different shell composition options. Standard woods used for ply drums include birch, maple, oak, and mahogany. The company also offers metal snare drums and stave drums of various wood species. Fifty-six different exotic wood veneers are available.

Three series of drums are offered. The Trojan series is made for louder styles of music. The Apollo series is devoted to jazz players who are looking for classic sounds. The Nebula series features 1/4″-thick acrylic shells in fifteen color options.
