Gon Bops at NAMM 2015 (VIDEO)
In this video from NAMM 2015, Gon Bops’ Luis Cardoso gives us the tour of the new products for 2015 from Gon Bops.
The first new item is a portable practice cajon, called el Flaco, which comes with a backpack gig bag. Staying in the convenience mode, next is the Commuter cajon, which is a full-size cajon that can be folded up or assembled in just one minute. It also fits in overhead compartments or under airline seats for convenient travel. Finally, Gon Bops has four models of wooden tambourines. They come with and without heads and with a single or double row of jingles. The headless single-row jingles are steel, while the headed double-row jingles are steel and brass. The tambourines are modeled after the original Ludwig tambourines.
The NAMM Show 2015, a trade-only event for the music products industry, was held January 22-25 in Anaheim, California at the Anaheim Convention Center.
