* How to practice, use a metronome, practice pads, and other practice aids

* Care of your snare drum  (cases, cleaning, etc.)

* Marching percussion: types of marching percussion: snare, tenor, bass

     – Demo of old and new style marching snare music

* Mallet percussion: care of your bell kit, mallets, and accessories

* Final questions and answers

   – Drum stick, practice pad, and drum tuning aides “hands on” demo’s
