Famed pop and jazz drummer Sonny Emory will be teaching a free online drum lesson, titled “Linear Concepts and Flamercises,” at drumeo.com on Thursday, October 31, 2013, starting at 12 pm PDT.

Emory will be teaching from the drumeo.com studio on his Yamaha drums, and drummers can watch the lesson, submit questions for Sonny, and chat with other students using any Internet-ready computer, tablet, or smartphone.

“Drummers are sometimes intimidated by the thought of online drum lessons, so we’re giving them a great reason to come out and try one,” says Drumeo community manager, Dave Atkinson. “This is a totally free online lesson with one of the best pop, jazz, and R&B drummers of all-time.”
