Ben Smith, drummer for the legendary rock band Heart, will be teaching a free online drum lesson, titled “The Groove & Flow,” at Drumeo.com on Monday, March 17, 2014, starting at 4 p.m. PDT. Drummers can watch the lesson, submit questions, and chat with Smith via any Internet-ready computer, tablet, or smartphone.

Ben Smith is the drummer for the band Heart and has appeared on the Tonight Show and on Conan. Smith also performed drums for the film Vanilla Sky and for the film and soundtrack of Almost Famous, which won a Grammy for Best Soundtrack in 2001.
